FAST Eligibility To qualify for the FAST program, you must have the following:

Permanent Resident status or have been approved in principle to
become a permanent resident in Canada (landed or pre-arrival)
Convention refugee status or be a protected person
The ability to communicate effectively at a Canadian
workplace skill level (CLB 6 or higher)
2+ years of relevant work experience and/or education
in your field or a related occupation

What documents do I need? During registration, you will be required to submit two pieces of documentation:

Proof of immigration status
Your current resume

Note: these documents will be used only to verify eligibility for the FAST program and will not be used for additional purposes.
