FAST Eligibility To qualify for the FAST program, you must have the following:

Fast is for immigrants who can communicate effectively at a CLB 6 level or higher and are:

Immigrants who have Permanent Resident status or have been approved in principle for PR status
Refugees, including Ukrainians
International students
Skilled Immigrants with a valid Work Permit
Canadian Citizens (including immigrants who became citizens and are still on their career pathfinding journey)

Note: For certain streams involving employer portals, you will be required to submit your resume. This allows us to present your qualifications to participating employers who may request to connect with you, as applicable.
