FAST Eligibility To qualify for the FAST program, you must have the following:
Fast is for immigrants who can communicate effectively at a CLB 6 level or higher and are:
- Immigrants who have Permanent Resident status or have been approved in principle for PR status
- Refugees, including Ukrainians
- International students
- Skilled Immigrants with a valid Work Permit
- Canadian Citizens (including immigrants who became citizens and are still on their career pathfinding journey)
