Upcoming Seniors Care Hiring Events

Seniors Care in British Columbia continues to offer a variety of potential employment opportunities to immigrants. With so many different opportunities available, Seniors Care is a great option for those interested in a new career or looking to stay within the healthcare sector.

FAST is excited to announce that we will be hosting 4 in-person hiring events across B.C. alongside BCCPA and our regional partners for immigrant talent to meet with Seniors Care employers.

These hiring events will be located in the following cities:

  • Kelowna
  • Victoria
  • Burnaby
  • Kamloops

 

Employers will be looking to hire skilled immigrants directly at the events for a variety of roles that will include those in clinical care, support services, administrative and food services.

Coming Soon to FAST Microsoft Certifications for IT and BioTech Professionals

In the next few weeks, FAST will be offering FREE access to a selection of Microsoft certifications for FAST participants in the IT & Data Services and Biotech & Life Sciences streams.

These certifications can be added to an individual’s LinkedIn profile or resume to further boost their employability in Canada! FAST participants will be granted access to the following certifications:

  • Career Essentials in Systems Administration
  • Career Essentials in Project Management
  • Career Essentials in Data Analysis
  • Career Essentials in Generative AI
  • Career Essentials in Software Development

 

*Please note that FAST Biotech participants will have access to the Career Essentials in Project Management and Career Essentials in Generative AI courses only.

To gain free access to the Microsoft Certifications, all participants must complete their FAST competency assessments. Upon completion of their assessments, participants will automatically receive information on how to access the certification courses!
