  • Immigrants who have permanent resident status or have been approved in principle for PR status
  • Refugees
  • International students
  • Skilled Immigrants with a valid Work Permit (including CUAET holders, Open Work Permit, and Closed Work Permit holders)
  • Canadian Citizens (including immigrants who have received their citizenship and are still on their career pathfinding journey)
